There is an improvement with her head flexion.

In Nov 2016, bringing her head forward dragged the entire shoulder upwards pivoting at her hips.  Her entire trunk was stiffened and both her arms pulled intensely backwards.

15 months later, with the reduced spasticity and rigidity, her trunk is no longer stiffly extended.  Her arms are no longer pulled back and the contact point has moved from her hips to her lower thorax.

In addition, there is an obvious improved depth of her shoulder girdle.  Shoulder girdle is like the "cap" of the entire trunk.  If the "cap" is too small, the shoulder then becomes the inhibitor of the development of the entire trunk.  As the shoulder girdle improves in depth, it opens the room for the development of the trunk.  Without sufficient development of the shoulder girdle, there will be limited room for the development of her spine.

It is wonderful to see how responsive she is to what has been done.  The improved depth of the shoulder girdle is something that calls for celebration!
